Geoffrey Leid - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Leid, who has been a director of Primera from its inception, has worked extensively in a corporate and legal consultancy capacity in the Caribbean, the United States and Canada on a variety of projects, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, petroleum exploration and production and telecommunications. Mr. Leid’s prior experience also includes the position of legal counsel with the Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited. Mr. Leid conducted his undergraduate studies in Economics and Administrative Studies at York University and obtained his law degree at the University of Buckingham, England and was called as a Barrister in England (Grey’s Inn Court, London, 1993).
Steven Austin - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Austin is the President of Energy Accounting Services Inc. which provides complete accounting and financial solutions for oil and gas corporations. Mr. Austin has over 30 years of experience in connection with the management of public and private corporations, principally in the resources sector and with specific expertise in financial reporting, investor relations, taxation, corporate governance, corporate development and strategic planning. Mr. Austin has served as an officer or director of a number of corporations including as Chief Financial Officer of Sprott Resource Corporation, Choice Resources Corp., CrownJoule Exploration Ltd., Derrick Resources Corp., Quetzal Energy, Inc. and as Chairman of the Board of Blue Grouse Seismic Solutions Ltd. Mr. Austin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a designated Chartered Accountant.
Philip E. Collins, P. Geol. - Managing Director

Mr. Collins has a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Alberta (1986) and is a member of APEGGA and the CSPG. Mr. Collins joined Corsair Exploration Inc. in August 1999 as Vice-President of Exploration and held that position until the company was sold in June 2002. In September 2002, Mr. Collins joined Meridian Energy Corporation as Vice-President, Exploration. He became President and Chief Operating Officer on January 1, 2004 and held that position until the company was sold in March 2005. In April 2005 Mr. Collins started Cork Exploration Inc. and was President and Chief Executive Officer until July of 2007. Mr. Collins is currently a director with Vulcan Minerals Inc.
Gordon Harris, P. Eng.- Managing Director, Mergers, Acquisitions and Business Development

Mr. Harris has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Buffalo Resources Corp. a TSX-V listed oil and gas company since August 2007 and is also a director. He was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Choice Resources Corp. (an oil and gas company) from February 2004 to August 2007. From 1999 to 2003, he was President of Roseland Resources Ltd. (an oil and gas company). He is also a director of several publicly traded oil and gas corporations.
