and gas properties and assets.

asset base. The Company plans to build shareholder value through the judicious use of new technologies, sound business principles
and a focused approach to oil and gas exploration, development and production.
The management team, with a long and successful history of oil and gas exploration, development and production is committed to
building value for its shareholders by implementing the following strategy:
- Exploiting proven and probable reserves to build cash flow and create a platform of operational and technical expertise.
- Establishing a portfolio of high impact, low to moderate risk exploration prospects to be drilled over the next one (1)
to three (3) years.
- Leveraging economic and political conditions to acquire assets that fit our risk/return criteria.
